L Subramaniam is my favorite as I have heard him so many times and i simply love the way he playes, composes, pours heart and soul in his performance. what a genious and such a humble personality. I have lot of his albums, but i love the first one that i luckily bumped into. its called Blossom. amazing !

So difficult is it not.

Most of them are legends in their own right, but Kanyakumari's Violin rendering is really "Soul searching"

I liked chitti-babus' 80's fusion too.
Lalgudi brothers again - no comments - simply great. Tough choice but I had to go with Kanyakumari.

I have been to live concerts of Kadri Gopalnath - Saxophone where he mesmerizes the audience, but without taking notice, in a support role Kanyakumari's violin is "Anirvachaniya"
